Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 well beaten eggs
2 2/3 c. sugar
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
3 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
2/3 c. water
2/3 c. liquid shortening
1/2 c. candied cherries
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins (can omit)
Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients.
Add next 8 ingredients.
Stir into mixture candied cherries, chopped nuts and raisins.
Pour into 3 well-greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.
