Christmas Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 oz.) cans frozen lemonade concentrate
    2 (6 oz.) cans frozen limeade concentrate
    1 (46 oz.) can unsweetened grapefruit juice
    1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
    1 qt. (32 oz.) water
    3 qt. ginger ale
    lime sherbet
Preparation
    Blend juices and water; chill.
    Add ginger ale just before serving.
    Float a half gallon of lime sherbet on top of punch mixture.
