Lemon Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (18.25 oz.) lemon cake mix
1 small (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding and pie mix
4 eggs
1 c. cooking oil
1 c. water
5 tsp. poppy seed
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation

Mix all cake ingredients in electric mixer bowl and beat at medium speed for 5 minutes.
Pour batter into two greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 45 to 55 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean and loaves are golden brown.
Leave loaves in pan and prick all over with a toothpick.
