Ingredients

1 1/2 c. warm water
7 pkg. dry yeast
10 1/2 c. milk
2/3 c. shortening
6 Tbsp. salt
34 to 36 c. flour (use 10 c. to stir, add rest and knead)
Preparation
-
Knead 15 to 30 minutes.
Let double in size.
Make into loaves to double again.
Coat tops with oil before baking.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown and sounds shallow by gently thumping center.
These freeze well.
