Pinto Bean Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pinto beans
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. bean juice
1 c. chopped pecans
1 small can coconut
4 eggs, beaten
3 c. sugar
2 sticks melted butter
3 (9-inch) pie shells
Preparation

Mash beans and juice into paste.
Mix together all ingredients except nuts.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into pie shells and bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until top browns.
