Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. canned milk
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation

Combine sugar, butter and canned milk in a heavy pan.
Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Boil 4 minutes over medium heat.
Remove from heat.
Stir in peanut butter until melted.
Quickly add vanilla and marshmallows and beat until well blended and marshmallows are melted.
Add nuts.
Pour into a buttered 8 x 8-inch pan.
Cool.
Yield: approximately 1 1/2 pounds.
