Zucchini Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini (unpeeled), cut into cubes
    2 c. bread crumbs, cracker crumbs or bread cubes
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add zucchini, bread crumbs, milk, cheese and onion. Put in greased casserole and pour melted margarine over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
