Quick Bran Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 c. bran
1/2 c. chopped dates
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
Add bran and dates.
Blend remaining mixture.
Add butter.
Pour into greased loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
