Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
2 c. milk
1 pkg. sugar-free instant pudding
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
graham cracker crust (optional)
Preparation

Cream the cheese, add milk slowly, and add the instant pudding.
Mix for about 1 minute.
Add pineapple and stir.
Pour into a pie plate with or without a graham cracker crust.
Chill.
