Banana Bread(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. light margarine
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. all natural applesauce
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1/4 c. no-fat sour cream
Preparation

Mix flour, baking soda and salt.
Set aside.
Mix butter, sugar, applesauce, eggs and vanilla until well blended.
On low speed, add dry ingredients alternately with sour cream.
Add mashed bananas.
