*Egg-Lemon Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. chicken broth
    1/3 c. rice
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bring broth to a boil. Add rice. Cook until tender, about 20 minutes. Remove broth from heat.
