Yuletide Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. (solid) Crisco
2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten slightly
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
6 large ripe bananas, mashed
2/3 c. finely chopped maraschino cherries
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. flaked coconut

Preparation

Cream Crisco and sugar together, then mix all ingredients together and beat. Bake in greased and floured loaf pans 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Serves 15.
