Crispy Fish Fillets(Low Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillets
    2 egg whites, beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of ground pepper
    1/4 c. cornmeal or 1/3 c. cornflake crumbs
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    lemon wedges (optional)
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 500\u00b0.
    Soak fillets in equal parts lemon juice and water.
    Combine egg whites and water in shallow dish.
    Combine flour, salt and pepper in another shallow dish.
    Dry fish. Sprinkle each side with flour mix.
    Dip in egg whites and dredge in cornmeal.
