Zucchini With Walnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. zucchini, cut in 1/2-inch slices
    1/3 c. sliced green onions with tops
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In
    a
    saucepan, mix zucchini, onion and butter.
    Cook, uncovered,\tover
    low
    heat
    for
    5 minutes.
    Stir in wine and salt; cover and cook over low heat until zucchini is tender, 3 to 5 minutes.\tAdd walnuts.
    Serves 4.
