Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. oil
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. grated raw zucchini
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Beat eggs; gradually beat in oil and sugar.
Add zucchini, cinnamon, salt, baking soda and baking powder; mix well. Gradually blend in flour, mixing well after each cup.
Fold in nuts if desired. Pour into greased Bundt pan or two loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
Remove and store in covered tin or wrap in foil.
Allow bread to cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
Makes 12 servings.
