Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs
    2/3 c. water
    2 c. pumpkin
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat together sugar, oil and eggs.
    Mix water and pumpkin, add to sugar mixture.
    Mix.
    Add flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and soda.
    Mix and add nuts.
    Bake in 2 greased loaf pans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool, then remove.
    I have used 4 greased one-pound coffee cans filled 1/2 full, baked for 1 hour.
