Chili Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    onion
    green pepper
    1 can chili hot beans
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 can or less Ro-Tel
    1 can tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    Velveeta cheese
    Mexican cornbread mix
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion and pepper.
    Drain.
    Add the following: chili beans, corn, mushrooms and tomatoes.
    Add Ro-Tel according to your taste, and tomato sauce.
    Simmer for 10 minutes. Pour into large baking dish and top with a layer of sliced Velveeta cheese.
    Top this with Mexican cornbread (mixed according to package directions).
    Bake at 400\u00b0 until cornbread is done.
