Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. walnuts
    5 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. salad oil
    5 ripe bananas
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 2 (9 x 5-inch) loaf pans.
    In large bowl, mix all dry ingredients.
    In small bowl, mix bananas, eggs, milk and oil.
    Pour liquid into dry ingredients and mix well. Pour batter into pans and bake 1 hour and 20 minutes until bread pulls away from side of pan.
    Poke with toothpick to check doneness.
    If toothpick is clean, bread is done.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes, then remove.
    Makes 2 loaves.
