Ingredients

1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. white sugar
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. oil
1 c. margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mush dry ingredients together.
In a separate bowl, cream oil, margarine, eggs and vanilla together.
Mix both mixtures together in a large bowl.
No need to refrigerate dough or roll it out; just drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets, or roll by hand into 1-inch balls and flatten on cookie sheets using a fork.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
