Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. oil
    2 c. grated carrots
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients and nuts.
    Add oil, carrots and pineapple. Add eggs, then vanilla.
    This should take 5 minutes beating. Bake in greased tube pan or 2 loaf pans for an hour at 350\u00b0.
