Julie'S Chocolate Cookie Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
1 stick margarine
3 tsp. cocoa
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 c. buttermilk or 1/2 c. milk and 1 1/2 tsp. vinegar

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar and salt.
In a saucepan, combine water, margarine, cocoa and shortening.
Let come to a rolling boil.
Pour over flour mixture and mix together. In a small bowl, mix eggs, vanilla, soda and buttermilk.
Combine with other mixture and pour into greased and floured jelly roll pan.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
