Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten light and fluffy
2 c. sugar
3 tsp. vanilla
1 c. oil
2 c. shredded zucchini
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Blend sugar, vanilla and oil into eggs.
Stir in zucchini. Blend in other dry ingredients.
Fold in nuts and bake in 2 greased and floured loaf pans for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
