Hard Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. white syrup
1 c. water
1 tsp. flavoring
Preparation

Boil to hard crack stage (300\u00b0).
Flavoring can be peppermint, cinnamon, lemon, etc.
Food coloring can be added, if desired. Pour into pan sprinkled with powdered sugar.
Let cool, break into pieces.
