Nutty Cinnamon Breakfast Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. warm milk
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 cakes compressed yeast
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
6 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Melt butter in one cup of the milk and yeast in the other. Beat eggs and sugar; stir in the two cups of milk.
Mix flour, salt and cinnamon and gradually blend into egg-milk mixture.
Beat well.
Sprinkle in nuts.
Let dough rise to double in size in mixing bowl covered with warm, damp cloth.
Divide dough into two equal parts and press each into a well-greased loaf pan.
Sprinkle tops with cinnamon-sugar mixture and a little melted butter.
Let rise to double in size in pans.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
