Zucchini Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 very large or 2 small zucchini
    16 oz. Mozzarella cheese
    Locatelli or Romano cheese
    2 cans Hunt's tomato puree
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    1 onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic
    chopped parsley
    basil
    salt and pepper
    1/3 c. olive oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
Preparation
    Prepare Sauce:
    In large pot add oil, chopped onion and about 8 sausage links and brown.
    Add 2 cans tomato puree and spices, garlic, parsley, basil, salt and pepper and 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan.
    Simmer on low heat, stirring regularly for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
