Mexican Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese
    1 jar Sloppy Joe sauce
    1 avocado
    salsa
    tortilla chips
    1 head lettuce
Preparation
    Shred and save 2 tablespoons cheese.
    Cut remaining cheese into cubes.
    Peel, seed and cut into slices the avocado.
    In a large pan, cook beef until browned.
    Drain fat.
    Add Sloppy Joe sauce and cook until hot.
    Chop lettuce coarsely and arrange on a plate.
    Top with avocado, salsa, tortilla chips, cheese cubes and cooked ground chuck.
    Top all with reserved shredded cheese. Serves 4.
