Cranberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 Tbsp. hot water
1/2 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1 1/2 c. fresh cranberries
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients together.
In small bowl, mix all liquids and combine mixtures.
Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
If using a glass pan, lower to 325\u00b0 and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Makes one large loaf or 2 small loaves.
