Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 tsp. vanilla
2 c. zucchini, grated
3 c. flour
3 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix together eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla and zucchini.
Add flour, cinnamon, salt, soda and baking powder.
Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
Frost with Frosting to follow.
