Zucchini Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini, thinly sliced (unpeeled)
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. mixed Italian spices
    2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; spread in greased pan.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0, until golden brown.
    If not brown enough for you, place under broiler for a few minutes; watch carefully.
    Cut as desired.
