Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. shortening
2 2/3 c. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs, beaten
1 lb. pumpkin, cooked
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves, ground
2/3 c. water
2/3 c. each nuts and raisins
Preparation

Cream sugar and shortening; add eggs.
Add all other ingredients, adding nuts and raisins last.
Mix well.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 to 75 minutes until done.
