Ice Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
    1 stick butter
    1/2 gal. soft vanilla ice cream
    8 or 12 oz. jar butterscotch topping
    8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Crush cookies, mix with butter.
    Layer in 13 x 9-inch pan. Layer remaining ingredients in order given, freeze after each layer, about 10 minutes.
