Blueberry Lemon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. softened butter
    2 eggs
    4 tsp. lemon rind
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Cream together sugar and butter.
    Add eggs, lemon rind and lemon juice.
    Add alternately with milk flour, baking powder and salt.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Pour into greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
