Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. shortening
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. mashed, ripe bananas (approximately 2 to 3)
Preparation
    Beat shortening; add sugar until fluffy.
    Add eggs and beat well.
    Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt together. Add flour mixture alternately with mashed bananas.
    Beat until smooth.
    Bake in greased pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
