Ingredients

1 box cake mix without pudding (i.e., lemon, cherry, strawberry or chocolate)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant pudding (try to use same flavor as cake mix; if can't find, use vanilla)
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 egg
white confectioners sugar (to roll cookies in)
Preparation

Mix cake mix, pudding, Cool Whip and egg.
This is very hard to mix.
You may have to use your hand and swish between your fingers.
Make small ball of dough and roll in confectioners sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Do not overcook.
Makes 5 to 6 dozen cookies.
