Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 ripe bananas, mashed
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter
    pinch of salt
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 cold water
Preparation
    Mix bananas, eggs, sugar and butter slowly.
    Add dry ingredients, nuts, vanilla and water.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 to 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yield:
    12 servings.
