Cranberry Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. pumpkin
    1/2 c. frozen egg product
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 c. chopped cranberries
    1/4 c. chopped almonds
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 5 x 3-inch bread pan.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg and ginger; set aside.
    In another bowl, combine sugar, pumpkin, egg product and oil.
    Add flour mixture to pumpkin mixture.
    Stir until just moistened.
    Add berries and nuts.
    Pour batter into pan.
    Bake for 60 to 65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
