Ingredients

4 c. buttermilk baking mix
2 (4 oz.) pkg. butterscotch sugar-free instant pudding
2 (4 oz.) pkg. chocolate sugar-free instant pudding
1 c. brown Sugar Twin
1/2 c. melted butter
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Combine baking mix, pudding mixes and Sugar Twin. Mix well. Stir in butter, vanilla, mayonnaise and pecans. Knead until well mixed. Shape into small balls. Place on greased cookie sheet and flatten. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 16 minutes or until firm. Cool. Store in airtight container.
