Orange-Pecan Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
    1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
    1 c. orange juice
    1 egg, beaten
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Sift first 6 ingredients into mixing bowl.
    Stir in pecans and orange peel. Combine orange juice, egg and vegetable oil in large cup measure and beat until thoroughly blended.
    Add dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
    Pour batter into loaf pan and bake 60 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
    Cool for 10 minutes. Remove and cool completely on wire rack.
