Lois H'S Baked Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. sliced carrots
    2 medium onions
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 c. seasoned croutons
    1 stick butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook carrots until just slightly done, about 8 minutes.
    Saute onions in the 3 tablespoons butter.
    Mix together all but the croutons and stick of butter.
    Place in buttered or sprayed 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Melt the stick of butter.
    Toss in the croutons. Sprinkle over the carrots.
    Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
