Ingredients

4 c. flour (unsifted)
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. Crisco shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
2 c. uncooked oats
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 can Angel Flake coconut
Preparation

Cream the margarine, shortening, sugars, vanilla and eggs. Add flour, soda, salt and baking powder.
Stir in oats, chips and coconut.
Chill 3 to 4 hours before cooking.
Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 8 to 12 minutes.
Yields 8 to 10 dozen cookies.
