Fresh Peach Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine or butter
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 egg
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    4 peaches, peeled and diced
    1/4 c. sugar (granulated)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Cream butter with brown sugar until light and fluffy.
    Beat in egg.
    Sift flour with soda and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with buttermilk, beating until smooth after each addition.
    Gently blend in peaches.
    Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over top.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
