Chocolate Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. margarine or butter, softened
    2 eggs
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. mashed ripe banana
    2/3 c. flaked coconut
    1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, stir together all-purpose and whole wheat flours, baking powder, soda and salt; set aside.
    In a small mixer bowl, beat sugar and margarine with electric mixture until light, scraping sides of bowl often.
    Add eggs, one at a time; beat well after each addition.
    Stir in milk and vanilla.
    Add flour mixture and banana alternately to sugar mixture, beating until smooth after each addition.
    Fold in coconut and chocolate pieces.
