Chocolate Pocket Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. self-rising flour
    7.3 oz. milk chocolate bar, broken into squares
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix sugars, shortening, peanut butter and egg.
    Stir in flour.
    Chill dough.
    Mold dough around each chocolate square.
    Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Bake about 10 minutes or until light golden brown.
    Makes about 2 dozen cookies.
