Ingredients

1 stick oleo
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. corn syrup
1 egg, beaten
1 c. chopped dates
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine ingredients in a large skillet and cook until mixture thickens.
Add 2 cups Rice Krispies and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
When cool enough to handle, shape into balls and roll in powdered sugar or coconut.
