Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. wheat germ
    3 1/4 c. flour
    3 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. cooking oil
    3 c. grated zucchini
Preparation
    Mix wheat germ, flour, baking powder, cinnamon and nuts.
    Beat eggs until light colored and fluffy.
    Beat in sugar, vanilla and oil.
    Stir in zucchini.
    Gradually stir in dry ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 in 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan for 1 hour; cool 10 minutes on rack.
