Blueberry Breakfast Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. fresh blueberries (frozen work as well)
Preparation
    Cream together butter and sugar.
    Add egg.
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Add sifted ingredients alternately with milk to creamed mixture.
    Fold in blueberries (batter will be thick).
    Spread into greased 9 x 13 inch baking pan.
    Sprinkle topping over batter.
    Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
