Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    juice of 1 lemon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 c. sliced peaches
    3 oz. cream cheese
    1/4 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. sugar
    whipping cream
Preparation
    Mix sugar, salt, lemon juice and water in saucepan.
    Cook until sauce is clear and thick, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat; chill.
    Line pie shell with 3 ounces cream cheese, softened with milk.
    Mix sauce with peaches.
    Spread over cream cheese. Whip the cream; add 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice. Spread over peaches.
    Chill several hours.
    Garnish with peach slices.
