Lemon Poppy Seed Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box lemon cake mix (without pudding)
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 pkg. instant lemon pudding
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients for 2 minutes.
    Pour into 2 loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
