Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. shortening
    2 2/3 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    1 lb. can (2 c.) pumpkin
    2/3 c. water
    3 1/3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cloves
    2/3 c. chopped nuts
    2/3 c. raisins
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease two loaf pans.
    Cream shortening and sugar thoroughly.
    Add eggs, pumpkin and water.
    Mix well. Blend in dry ingredients except nuts and raisins.
    Stir in nuts and raisins.
    Bake 65 to 75 minutes or until done.
    Cool, remove from pans and turn onto wire racks.
