Banana Walnut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine, softened
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 large overripe bananas
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven
to 350\u00b0.\tIn a small bowl, smash bananas. Stir in\tbaking\tsoda.
In
a
large bowl, cream margarine and sugar together.
Mix
in\teggs.
Stir
in flour and banana and soda mixture.
Stir in walnuts.\tPour into loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour.
